We require a 50% deposit of your total reservation payment upon booking. A second deposit, the remaining balance and final payment, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation. This ensures fully refundable changes to your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. Travel Guard – Gold Plan is recommended for its flexibility and ultimate protection.

Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total reservation amount will be non-refundable.

Cancellation notifications made within 60 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Reservation reductions such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments.

Our staff will be glad to help you further enhance your stay beyond our all-inclusive items. Some of the items and services not included in the All-inclusive Rate are

• The Nuwati Spa services and treatments
• Exclusive yoga and wellness classes
• Goods for sale at the general store
• Non-house wine and spirits beyond tokens or meal/special offerings
• Add-on fees apply for full-day excursions and specific trips - add-on prices shown on individual excursion options as applicable
• North Carolina Fish, Wildlife & Parks licenses
• Private event site and insurance fees
• Pet accommodation fees

Three Little Bears Retreat offers pet-friendly lodging for your Smoky Mountain vacation. Well-mannered, people-friendly dogs are welcome in several of our cabins with prior arrangement. Your four-legged family member will enjoy the trails, dips in the creek and fresh mountain air. The pet rate is $50 per night for up to two dogs. All dogs must be crate trained and be crated if left unattended in an accommodation. Dogs are not allowed in any inside dining areas. Leashes are necessary near wildlife, so animals must be on a leash at all times on property. Please be aware of wildlife when bringing pets to Three Little Bears Retreat.

The pet fee applies to all animals that are not protected under the ADA for public access. There are no fees for service animals protected under the ADA laws.

There will be a damages fee charged for any pet damage including urine or excrement in accommodations.
