Accessibility Information

The dwelling units are classified as single-family residential short-term rentals and are not places of public accommodation as defined under ADA Title III (42 U.S.C. § 12181). Therefore, the ADA does not apply to the private dwelling units themselves. 

We do offer an ADA accessible cabin, which is our Crockett’s Creekside Cabin. The main lodge and spa, while only available for registered guests, is ADA accessible including parking, ramps and bathrooms.

Our property consists of a main lodge (open to registered guests only) and cabins that are designated as individual, residential short term rentals and not requiring ADA compliance. However, we are making our main lodge ADA compliant as well as a new cabin. 

• At the main lodge, we will have 2 ADA spaces on the main level and one on the lower level. No curbs. Closest to the entrance. No covered pickup/drop off. The accessible cabin will have a concrete parking pad next to the cabin and ramp to the door. 
• We do not have covered passenger pickup/drop-off.
• Both at the Main lodge and the accessible cabin, there is a ramp to the entrance.
• Our Main lodge entrance is a covered front porch. There is a ramp access to it and a clear path along the deck to the rear entrances of the building as well.
• The cabin has a ramp to the covered front porch entrance.
• The main lodge has ADA compliant hallways and doors. Stairs do have non-skid and rails on both sides.
• Bathrooms are main lodge are being remodeled to be ADA compliant
• All interior signs are being made for the main lodge and accessible cabin.
• Our food service area is in our main lodge and is being made ADA compliant.
• Crockett’s Creekside Cabin: ADA concrete parking pad with ramp to front door. ADA accessible bathroom sink, toilet and shower with necessary grab bars. Shower is zero entry. All doorways were made to be 36inches.
